Personalised Microsoft Copilot Training

Many users find it challenging to fully understand the extensive features of Microsoft 365 Copilot, resulting in its capabilities being underutilised. This workshop will offer a comprehensive examination of Copilot’s core functionalities, including web and work chats, as well as an introduction to Copilot's user interface.

Organisations frequently face challenges in fully utilising AI tools due to concerns regarding data security, compliance regulations, and residency requirements. In the workshop we explain and showcase how Microsoft 365 Copilot addresses these issues by ensuring information protection and adherence to legal standards while maintaining the security of business data. Notably, Microsoft Copilot does not utilise your business data or activities to train its AI models.

Users often encounter challenges in fully leveraging AI functionalities across various tools due to unfamiliarity or inadequate guidance. This workshop will demonstrate the operation of Microsoft Copilot within applications such as Word, Excel, Teams, OneNote, Planner, and Outlook, enabling users to effectively utilise its features for tasks pertinent to their job roles.

The personalised training session will concentrate on scenarios relevant to job roles, enabling participants to utilise Copilot for their distinct responsibilities, whether they are administrative, managerial, or creative in nature.

Inefficient or unclear prompts can lead to less precise outputs from AI tools, which may not meet users' expectations. The workshop aims to teach prompting techniques that help users create clear queries for targeted and useful results.

Navigating Copilot agents and their functionalities can be challenging without adequate instruction. Users will acquire practical experience with Copilot agents, learning how to leverage them for tasks such as research, data analysis, scheduling, and content creation using business data.

Workflow inefficiencies and challenges often persist without proper strategies for improvement. The workshop will equip participants with actionable techniques for identifying bottlenecks and optimising workflows using Microsoft Copilot. For example, attendees might learn how to streamline report generation by leveraging Copilot's features to automatically compile data from Excel and format it for presentations in Word, saving time and ensuring consistency in output.
